Solar Water Heating System for Hospitals
Solar Water Heating System for Hospitals
The hospital solar water heating system takes solar energy as the main energy source and matches with auxiliary energy equipment to supply hot water for each department in the hospital. The system consists of solar collectors, hot water storage tanks, circulation pumps, auxiliary heating devices (e.g. electric heating, gas boilers) and intelligent control systems.
Solving The Problem:
High energy costs
Traditional hospital hot water supply mostly rely on coal-fired, oil-fired boilers or electric heating equipment, long-term operation, energy consumption, high costs.
Unstable hot water supply
Hospitals have a large and continuous demand for hot water, and stable hot water is needed for daily washing of patients in the inpatient department, sterilization of instruments in the operating room, and washing of clothes in the laundry room. However, traditional hot water equipment is susceptible to fluctuations in energy supply, equipment failure and other factors, resulting in an unstable hot water supply.
Environmental pressure
In the process of traditional energy heating, coal-fired and oil-fired boilers produce a large amount of carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide and other pollutants, which not only aggravates environmental pollution, but also puts the hospital under pressure of environmental protection regulation.
Safety Hazards
Gas boilers have the risk of gas leakage and explosion, and electric heating equipment also has the potential risk of electric leakage.
System Features:
High efficiency and energy saving, significant cost reduction: solar energy as the main source of energy, with auxiliary energy supplemented on demand, significantly reducing operating costs.
Stable supply, guarantee medical care: solar energy and auxiliary heating devices work together to guarantee uninterrupted supply of hot water around the clock.
Green environmental protection, practicing responsibility: zero pollution and zero emission in system operation;
Flexible adaptation, convenient maintenance: the program can be customized according to the size of the hospital, the actual hot water demand. High degree of intelligence, low operation and maintenance costs.
System Operation Principle:
The solar collector heats the internal heat transfer mass by absorbing the solar radiation energy. The heat transfer mass flows under the action of the circulation pump and transfers heat to the water in the tank. The system is equipped with a temperature intelligent monitoring component to monitor the overall temperature parameters of the system. When the solar heat is insufficient, the heat may be supplemented by auxiliary equipment, and finally hot water is supplied to the users around the clock.
